Boxerwood Garden offers programs for home school, summer camps, family outings, field trips, and so much more.

Camp is a great way to befriend one another and the Earth. Every summer, Boxerwood offers day camps for children from ages 4 to 17 to enjoy playing on our shady grounds, in the community, hiking trails and even rivers!

Our camps all share core traits that we think are essential for kids: an emphasis on community-making, adventures, creativity, service, wildness, wonder, scientific investigations, and play.

We’re also providing several contractual camps for Rockbridge and surrounding county children.  Please contact us if you are interested in taking part in these programs.

From water activities and sports to creative arts, each day is packed with age-appropriate activities, new friends and personal growth. In addition to traditional and specialty camp activities, we are uniquely devoted to physical activity, water safety and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) education.
